EpiChildCan
The overarching goal of the EpiChildCan project is to understand the underlying molecular causes of cancers in children and adolescents by investigating epigenetic changes driven by risk factors and identifying epigenetic markers for cancer risk stratification and early detection.
EpiDRIVERS
The EpiDRIVERS project aims to investigate whether epigenetic regulator genes (ERGs), when disrupted through genetic or non-mutational mechanisms, act as drivers (“epidrivers”) in cancer development and confer a cancer cell phenotype.
MUTSPEC 2.0
This project was developed to accommodate a highly integrated design to identify mutational (and other toxicogenomic) signatures of carcinogens derived by genome-scale sequencing analysis of mutually complementary and cross-validating systems.
