Only 60 days to go before the start of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) 60th anniversary celebration year! Ahead of this special day, the Agency is launching its official IARC@60 campaign accounts on Facebook and Instagram. Get in on the ground floor and be the first to know about the events, insights, and surprises that will be shared throughout the campaign.
The new accounts will also showcase some of the highlights of the past 60 years of IARC’s activities in advancing cancer research and prevention.
Follow the “IARC 60th Anniversary” page on Facebook and the “iarc_circ60” account on Instagram and join IARC in this exciting journey as the Agency celebrates its 60th anniversary as part of the IARC@60 campaign.
The full campaign will begin on 7 May 2025 with the unveiling of the campaign logo and other elements. The IARC@60 campaign will continue for the length of the Agency’s 60th anniversary year, celebrating discoveries, events, and inspiring stories, and will culminate with a scientific conference to be held in Lyon, France, in May 2026.
